Welcome to my “words of wisdom”! On this page you will find my “perceptions” of what I believe to be universally true. Based on my experience as a “girl”, I eagerly share with you little tid-bits of good practical judgment, common sense, and “practices” which have had positive results throughout my life experiences. Read~Reflect~Laugh~Enjoy!       Yes, really! Girls just wannna have fun! Yes, girls really do love chocolate! We know we don’t need another pair of shoes, but we want them anyway! Girlfriends are important. We have a great need to be together, to encourage and support one another. Why is it that women are always the ones who find the empty toilet paper roll?   Laughter really is the best medicine! Girls of all ages love receiving flowers…for no reason at all! We really do love to shop till we drop. Pretty is as pretty does. Yes! We occasionally have that urge to splurge. We have only one chance to make a good first impression. First impressions aren’t always accurate; give one a second chance. I know you don’t want to hear this, but EVERY calorie counts!   Beauty is only skin deep. If it’s to be, it’s up to me! WARNING: The following is just my opinion, based on experience, so read on with caution: “Never trust a man who wears a 'gold' necklace! Jealousy is a “green-eyed monster”. If it “shows up” in your relationship, RUN!!!.....and run like the wind! ALL things in moderation! Be who you are and be that completely.   Exercise really does create Energy! If you don’t believe in yourself, who will? Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Only you can decide on which path to travel. Feelings are everywhere. Treat them gently. It’s true! Women really do dress for other women! Trust is a two way street. Those who meddle in idle gossip, enter the lion’s den.   Being happy takes less energy than being sad. Sometimes, the truth really does hurt. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Compromise is the key to every successful relationship. Busy people are productive people; productive people are happy people. If you live with music in your life, you have a spring in your step, a song in your heart, and a smile on your face! There is nothing better for the soul than doing something unexpected for another. Yes! Girls really do want to age gracefully! We know we shouldn’t “lay-out", but girls just wanna have 'sun'! This I know from experience: If you love someone, tell them. You never know if you’ll have another opportunity to express those feelings.   There is no age limit for having fun! There is a first time for everything. Happy Hour should never end! Give a compliment to a “stranger” and see a smile appear. TaB is one beautiful calorie! Never Settle! Don't react, say it with tact! Life is like a roll of toilet paper.  The closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes! Why oh Why is it brain cells come and brain cells go, but FAT cells live on forever?                                                                                                When in doubt, throw it out!                                                                                 If the shoe fits, BUY it!                                                                                           Love what you do, and do what you love.                                                       Always, ALWAYS, paddle your own canoe!                                                       Wake up and DRINK the coffee.                                                                  A leopard CAN'T change its spots.                                                                 .                                                         Reaching those life long goals doesn't just happen.  It's all about taking lots and lots of baby steps, one step at a time. Just be yourself.                                                                                                                  Open your heart to possibilities.                                                                  And yes, you are what you think.                                                                          Who gossips to you will gossip of you.
